How it all began

Over 10 years ago we started to think about what we now call A Little Piece of Home. Our family has been in the photography business for over 50 years in Ireland and had a vast collection of the most awesome and amazing photos from over those decades. In parallel, some of the next generation of family members had fallen in love with Ireland's magnificent landscapes, coastal areas, and scenery and began adding these to our archives. 

We wanted to share all this natural beauty with the vast Irish Diaspora living all over the world. Whether that’s in San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Boston, London, Liverpool, Edinburgh, Toronto, Vancouver, Brisbane, Sydney, Auckland, Christchurch or thousands of other places around the world, we wanted to make it easy to appreciate the stunning landscapes of home. Surprisingly this wasn’t as easy as it should be! Thus, A Little Piece of Home was born. 

As we start into a new decade we’re bringing A Little Piece of Home to life. We hope you enjoy our photo collections and they bring you joy, stirring fond memories of home as you live in your new one somewhere else in the world.
